'Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. '

'This hotel was beautiful! Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming. We celebrated my husband's birthday in the area at Angie's Seafood restaurant which was about 10 minutes away and everything was PERFECT starting with the arrival at the hotel's valet parking attendant to the front desk representative, they entire time of our one night trip was AMAZING! We will definitely be returning back to Royal Sonesta and Angie's seafood restaurant. '

'Don’t come here during baseball season/football season/anytime there’s an event at either stadium!!! I checked with the hotel about the availability of on site parking or if I needed to find parking somewhere else. I was assured by the hotel that they had parking on site and I didn’t need to make other arrangements. Published rate on their website is $35 a night for a guest. Got there to check in and there was an event going on at the stadium. The parking lot was full because they were upselling...
