'We reserved through expedia and arrived, the room we wanted was not cleaned so we took a smaller room. Opened the door and a gigantic roach was crawling on the roof. We went back to the front desk to let them know and the front desk clerk said she was coming to check it out and NEVER came. We waited in the hallway after 11pm at night with our tired children for over 30 mins or more and she still never came. We went back to ask about the hold up but she wasn't at the desk. 'Rooms - clean! Bed, pillows heavenly; Sunny / lit, air-conditioned, black-out window shades, stocked soaps and shampoo /conditioner, safe, quiet. Staff / front desk - friendly! Breakfast - nice! Pool - nice! Gym - small but worked: treadmill, elliptical machines and weights.'

From the uniform layout of the room no matter what location, to having breakfast options that I can also enjoy as a vegetarian, I appreciate the consistency and knowing ahead of time what I will get. 'I waited 11.30 to 4pm. they had me check in late. — I got a room with 2 full beds not queens that I paid for. -No light in the room -Nobody to fix it. -roaches on the walls Left right away and they did not want to give me a refund. Really bad experience.'
