This unique property features three separate cottages, offering the perfect setup for group getaways or a peaceful couples’ retreat.



Cottage One & Cottage Two each feature two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds, a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a full bathroom—ideal for families or friends traveling together.



Cottage Three is designed with couples in mind. This romantic studio includes a luxurious king-size bed, a two-person jacuzzi tub, a convenient kitchenette, and a private bathroom.



Whether you're planning a family reunion, a friends’ weekend, or a special getaway for two, these cottages offer comfort, privacy, and flexibility in a charming setting.



Guest Access:

You will have all three cottages to yourselves. Keyless entry with access code given 72 hours prior to arrival.

Just steps from Lake Erie, this neighborhood puts you in the heart of the action along the iconic “Strip” — a lively stretch packed with arcades, diners, bars, and classic boardwalk fun. Enjoy burgers at Eddie’s Grill, play a round of mini-golf, or take in a sunset by the shore.



Days here are laid-back and nostalgic, while summer nights bring live music and an energetic, festive vibe. Outdoor lovers will enjoy nearby Geneva State Park for hiking, boating, and beach access. And just a short drive away, downtown Geneva offers local wineries, breweries, and the popular Grape Jamboree each fall.

Getting Around:

Less than a 10 minute walk to all the action on the "Strip". Catch a shuttle to the wineries right across the street at The Lodge.

How to Use the Jacuzzi Tub:

Please ensure the water level reaches the top of all jets before turning them on. To activate the jets, press the button located on the tub near the faucet and handles.

Important: Do not overfill the tub.
