Planning a honeymoon or romantic weekend escape to a place with views to die for? Look no further than our rustic cabin Wow. This perfectly situated one bedroom cabin is located high in the mountains to give you views that will take your breath away while still keeping you a short ride away from the action of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

When first arriving at Wow, you can't help but pause to stare at the beauty of the mountain vistas before you. However, the views are not the only thing about this cabin for you to enjoy. The cabin itself is stocked to the brim with amenities.

In the downstairs area, there is a pool table; a large flat screen TV with HD DirectTV, a blu-ray player, ; electric fireplace; and a fully equipped kitchen. However, the downstairs bathroom is the thing to see. The dual shower built for two is a marvel of stone work that invites you to steam your troubles away. It is a luxury experience you will want to repeat.

Outside on the downstairs porch you will find plenty to keep you entertained. There is a charcoal grill to make a tasty dinner. There is a porch swing built for two in case you just want to kick back for a while and snuggle your beloved. There is also a hot tub, perfect for warming up in the cool of the evening and relaxing the night away, all while enjoying the wonders of nature around you.

And after a long day of relaxing, move on up to the bedroom on the second floor via the unique tree-lined staircase, and enjoy winding down in the whirlpool tub encased in gorgeous stone work. After bathing, slip into the king sized bed, turn on the flat screen TV and watch a movie or some TV and spend some quality time with the one you love most.

In the morning, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the rocking chairs on the second floor porch and watch the sunrise over the mountains.

driveway

i read the reviews before booking and a lot of people who had stayed beforehand had something to say about the driveway and the drive up to the cabin. The drive up was not bad at all and also i have a 2018 Honda which is just a front wheel drive and it made it up the driveway and all the other parts of the rode just fine no spinning. But on the other hand if the roads were wet or iced over i could see us having a problem, the weather was perfect when we stayed so also keep that in mind. i just wanted to say that yes a 2 wheel car can make the drive.

Beautiful View but Difficult Drive

The cabin is very beautiful and we had a very great stay. However, the drive to the cabin is very rough and confusing. Thank goodness we had 4WD or we probably would of not been able to make it up the hill. The location of the cabin is confusing as well. There is not an obvious turn in to the driveway of the cabin. The hot tub was great but the deck wood underneath needs to be replaced. My favorite part was the balcony on the second floor. Absolutely beautiful shower as well. Overall, a comfortable stay but the cabin needs updating.

Breathtaking View!

The view from this property is amazing. Each morning, the view of the mountains was a little different and I couldn't wait to get up each morning to see what it looked like. The hot tub was relaxing after each day of traveling and hiking. Everything in this VRBO was exactly as depicted and this was by far our favorite place to stay while we were on this vacation. We do want to say that Rising Fawn drive needs a lot of work and repair. It was a short but rough venture. The final driveway to the cabin was steep and several times our AWD vehicle spun as we went around the corner and we did not make it up the drive. My husband had to carefully reposition the vehicle to get a slight run for it. The neighbor's parked vehicle made it additionally hard to line our car up for the run. That being said, it was an adventure and the cabin and views were absolutely worth the extra effort!

The name says it all!! Great overall experience. Close to the parkway, yet seems so far away when you’re there. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the views were amazing. We even got to experience a bear on the property. 🐻 Would definitely book again 💯

Great stay up in the smoky mountains

We had a excellent time celebrating my husbands birthday in this cabin the view was breathtaking and worth the scary drive up warning it’s a very tricky road to tackle even with 4 wheel drive vehicle other then that we enjoyed both hot tubes and the pool table it was nice to unwind after a long day of sight seeing.

This was a clean unique cabin with amazing views. It would have been nice if when renting the cabin they would have mentioned the VERY steep 1 lane road and the difficult drive lane. I did message to owner twice while there but never got a response. The cleaning people were very friendly and helpful though.

Spectacular View

Property was as advertised - clean, comfortable and stocked with all the basics needed. View from deck (and hot tub) was amazing. We even saw a bear cub in the driveway about 10 minutes after arriving in the late afternoon. Having an AWD vehicle makes getting up some of the steeper parts of the road much easier. Would definetly stay again!
