Upon arrival the wifi/cable/tv were turned off and the hot tub advertised was not in working order. Spent first 5 hours of my vacation making phone calls, texts and emails to manager and manager assistant. Only reimbursed 73 for inconvenience which was my entire first day of vacation. I would recommend in the future if and amenity is no longer available to notify customer when it was removed so they can be fully aware prior to arrival or have time to rebook if needed. Lastly, stink bugs everywhere. Before bedtime I had to collect many of them just so everyone could sleep in their bedrooms on the top floor. Other issues but minor enough to overlook them. The place and set up was very nice.
