A clean, cozy cabin up in the woods! Quick drive to the heart of Gatlinburg and PF, so always things to do nearby. Hot tub stayed hot and jets worked well. The fireplace kept the cabin warm even with it snowing outside. Host was very communicative, made check-in/out super easy, and made us feel very welcomed!

Every time I go to Gatlinburg I always try to leave an honest review of every Cabin I stay at. So here goes, first of all, I do have to say that the Cabin itself is gorgeous and in a great spot. I personally loved the sound of the cars in the background on the back porch. The Cabin itself is 5 stars, BUT, the attention to detail and cleanliness is unacceptable in my opinion considering how much we paid. First thing I noticed when we arrived was the TAPED metal plate that ensures the door is actually able to stay closed without having to use a deadbolt, HUGE safety hazard. Me and my wife started unpacking and immediately noticed a dirty sock just laying on the floor by the bed. Go out to the hot tub and noticed that it was set to 95 degrees, anyone that’s ever been in a hot tub knows that anything under 98 degrees is considered “cold”. Hot tub light doesn’t work either. Go to take a shower, can’t even close the door due to a cracked tile where the hinge is at. Get in the shower, the lights in the shower don’t work either, the grout in the floor has been washed away and rocks and pebbles were just scattered all in the middle of the shower. My wife almost cut her foot on a exposed rock. You guys have a great cabin, but it’s been neglected. Hopefully you guys see this and fix these issues I had.

Very clean just wish I had known it was that close to the highway. Didn’t like all the car noise. Everything else was truly wonderful! I really enjoyed our stay and the layout of the cabin so much so that despite the highway noise I’d love to stay again. Perfect distance from everything!

The rooms was not ready when we got there they text us all month about the room and when we got there it was not ready. And the hot tub had a odor the porch was covered in spider web and not clean off either, and after all that they wouldn't even give us any kind of discount. We will not use this company again.

I was very happy with our visit! The views were beautiful and it had everything we needed. It was very relaxing to be in the hot tub, which warmed up really quick. It was nice being right in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Definitely would recommend driving out to Townsend and eating at The Abbey, it’s about a 45minute drive but definitely worth it!

The cabin was spotless and well-furnished with pretty much everything we needed for our comfort and convenience. We were even visited by five bears at different times. They seemed more curious than anything else, and left when we shooed them away. We loved the cabin, but we did not like the roads. However, the roads are the county's responsibility, so as far as our stay was concerned, we give the cabin a 10.
This youngster visited us as we were loading up the car to go home.

This was a beautiful and very clean property. Everything we needed was there and the location wasn't far from any of the activities we wanted to do. Check in and out was hassle free. We did have a little difficulty finding the home even though we had the app downloaded with directions of how to get there. The roads were not labeled very well, and when you're not use to driving on such steep and curvy roads it can be a little over whelming. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Great little cabin for a couple wanting to easily get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Great back porch to use any time of day. The birds sing all morning, and the frogs come out at night. Did not get to use the kitchen, but very well furnished, and would enjoy cooking in it.
