« This was such an important trip for our family. And it didn't disappoint. We had an amazing time. The cabin was beautiful! The jacuzzi was clean! The bears visited daily. We named the smaller (big) bear, Sitting Bear. Because he would just come and sit and hang out. Also, Melody was easy to communicate with. She is very kind. « We loved our stay here. The check in process was very easy. Communication with owners was immediate. We had to reach out regarding some lights that had burned out and Tara and Pete immediately helped us. The home is beautiful with plenty of space to spread out. We had 2 adults, 2-18 year olds, a 15 year old, a 13 year old and a 4 year old. They all spent so much time with the pool table and hot tub. « The chalet is a peaceful retreat with an amazing view! Close enough to all of the fun in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, you also have easy access to the national park. We enjoyed spending evenings on the deck watching thunderstorms off in the distance and gazing at the stars. »
