Enchanting Studio + pool St Tropez

Located in a prime location, you will have easy access to the beach clubs and night life of St Tropez. Whether you are looking to explore the party scene or simply unwind in nature, this studio offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience.
The space
A unique studio with panoramic views to the sea, and use of a large shared pool with the main villa, it is situated ideally for St Tropez, 10 mins. by car and 45 mins. walk; and the beach bars of Pampelonne within are 15 minutes, for the party to begin. Fully air conditioned, with a shower, wc and kitchenette and double bed.
Guest access
The studio is part of the main villa and has shared access to the pool area. It has use of a terrace immediately outside, and is self contained from the main villa. The main terrace and rear terrace of the main villa, and pool house are not available whilst the owner and guests are staying at the villa. The studio is up the stairs and is to the left of the main house when you reach the top of the stairs. As you enter the front gate, it is more or less directly ahead and above you.
Other things to note
All cars and motorbikes can park on the domain private road outside the villa without restriction. No parking is available inside the premises but you can park immediately outside the large white gates right up close to them; but not in front of the roller blind garage, which is in constant use or on the private domain road without restricitions.

Towels are provided for swimming and shower use.

There is a fridge with a small freezer, a kettle, a microwave, a sink and cutlery, crockery and utensils for 2 people, so ready made food can be prepared. There are no cooking facilities available. A waste bin is provided. A shower, basin and wc are available. Phone signal is great so there is no need for Wifi which is not provided.

If you stay longer than 7 days there is a cleaning charge of €30 every 7 days payable by you - access for cleaning by agreement. The cleaning charge paid upfront is payable in any event for the cleaning at the end your stay
