Appartementen in Station Nanterre-Université

'Host did not contact to prepare us for check-in. Not sure they were expecting us at all! When I contacted about check-in time that’s whenEverything came to light. We had no place to stay! Elevator was supposedly broken to the apartment on the 6th floor and they didn’t think we would want to stay. This was 5 hours beforecheck-in time!! How does this ever happen?? Is it fraud? I certainly questioned it. I did receive a refund from host, but not the full refund. Had to contact VRBO for that and...

'La photo VRBO ne correspond pas…immeuble très mal entretenu…peinture écalée. L’appartement au 5e étage pas d’ascenseur…manque d’entretien…la cuisine bien équipée et bonne laveuse linge, salle de bain petite mais bien. Très belle vue sur Tour Eiffel et 5 minutes pied de la gare. Nous avons limité nos sorties cause des escaliers et notre déception a été de voir la condition de cet immeuble dommage car c’est très bien situé et tranquille. L’hôte donne bon service.'
