Palm Breeze est une belle maison de canal de baie 4BR / 2BA à Jamaica Beach, TX. Détendez-vous sous le soleil du Texas sur une magnifique terrasse récemment rénovée avec vos amis et votre famille. Apportez le bateau et profitez d'une journée sur la baie et pêchez le soir avec 3 lampes de pont pour apporter du poisson à la table. Nous sommes à 5 minutes en voiture / vélo de la plage ou à 15 minutes jusqu'à Pleasure Pier ou The Galveston Island Strand.

This house was perfect for our family. Loved all the cute beach decor!! Felt so cozy. The teens loved having the downstairs part to themselves. It had all the things we needed for cooking and plenty of space. Family enjoyed fishing off the back porch. I give this house an A+++. We would definitely stay again. Great location good host

Very quiet neighborhood about 20 mins to attractions and major grocery store. Fishing off the back deck is a huge plus. We had a few issues but our host went out of his way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible during our stay.

Wonderful house

When we left the house this morning, my family told me I had to give a really good review. We had a great time at the house. The decor is very cute. We liked all the beach references and the birds. The beds were so comfy. We had some older teenagers who slept downstairs and were happy to be on their own. The 14 month old took his first Kayak ride with his dad and enjoyed every minute of it. We noticed a water leak outside that did not adversely affect us at all, but I notified the owner and his response was instantaneous. The outside shower was used and enjoyed. The upstairs was plenty big enough, and the TV offered many stations, so we could sit and relax watching TV during the hottest part of the day. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls and dishes. I have rented a lot of houses in the Sea Isle and Jamaica Beach areas, and I would definitely rent this one again.

💯 Will stay here again!!! Best Vacation rental!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Incredible host that was very accommodating & very helpful with just questions I had about the location. The location of this home is amazing! My family loved fishing off of the top deck of the evenings & bottom deck as well! The house was perfectly stocked and ready for us to cook our meals after coming in from the beach! The beds are soooo comfortable! The absolute best! We even loved the outdoor shower after the beach! I highly recommend renting a golf cart to go back and forth to the beach. Your so close but the golf cart ride is fun! This home is in a perfect location , as you can see I cannot say enough nice things about this house! Our family cannot wait to come back as we are now back in Kentucky lol missing Texas already!

Loved the location- on the canal and near the beach! Rented a golf cart and enjoyed riding to the beach. Used the kayaks and charcoal grill. Kitchen was well stocked. Host replied quickly to all questions.

We enjoyed for the most part!

We enjoyed this cute house on the canal. The kids had fun riding the bikes, fishing, kayaking, and playing gamed that were provided. I would suggest bringing your own towels, the ones provided were very small and worn. The kitchen sink backed up the property manager was very quick to respond. One thing that wasn't disclosed was that the house next door is under construction so sitting outside on the patio wasn't that enjoyable, hammering, banging wood and sawdust all over. Over all a cute house with comfy beds, would recommend.

Wonderful waterfront property

We only stayed for a couple nights on our way up from South Padre Island (which was amazing), but I really wish we would have had longer here. We didn't haven't enough time to enjoy this wonderful home as much as we would have liked! It was comfy, relaxing, clean, well stocked, convenient, beautiful, I could go on and on! Loved the access to the water. Loved the amount of sleep space! Loved the open outdoor space where our family enjoyed our Easter dinner! We would definitely come back here to stay but we would stay longer!

Amazing House & Location

House was beautiful, super clean, great location. The house had everything you need for a wonderful vacation! The layout was perfect for our group. Upstairs has main living space and two bedrooms one bath. Upstairs is perfect in traveling with young kids as it is completely fenced (littles are safe from water). Below has two connected bedrooms(one with a queen, one with two sets of bunkbeds). Bathroom down stairs is not connected to bedrooms. Works out perfect teenagers! Bikes, Kayaks, Beach toys, so many things included. Rented golf carts while there. Super easy! Would recommend this house to anyone- we will be coming back!

Family getaway

Hands down to the property manager, Brandon. He was attentive before and during our stay. The house is a perfect set up for 2 families, in my opinion. The main house has 2 bedrooms and one bath, and the disconnected house below has 2 bedrooms and a full bath, but the bath is disconnected from the bedrooms meaning you have to walk outside which was fine for us. My husband and I slept in the main bedroom of the main house and our 13 year old stayed in the other. What's great about the disconnected bedrooms below is that older kids or another family could have their own space. For us, it was our 21 year old son and a friend. The disconnected bedrooms below consist of one bedroom with w 2 bunk beds, and one that has a queen bed and TV. Everything was super clean, stocked with anything you would need for cooking, and a fantastic place to hang out and relax. There are two spacious decks, kayaks to enjoy, and it was overall peaceful. Minutes from the beach and main grocery store.

Overall we had a great time. Minutes from the beach and easy to social distance. We did know before we went that there was a separate bedrooms from the main house but didn’t know that the bathroom was even separate from the bedrooms. The description of the grill should have said charcoal. I was expecting a gas grill.

Perfect

House was clean and decorated so cute! Was not aware that the room with the bunk beds and other queen was separate from the main house but it worked out great! It’s located on the bottom floor along with the other full bathroom. We all enjoyed the kayaks and bikes! Would love to stay there again.

Liked: 1. Perfect size BBQ pit. 2. Water access. 3. A/C worked perfectly. Didn't like: 1. Microwave Oven too small and wouldn't heat properly (6-7 min to "warm up" a meal). Dishes available would't fit in it, had to buy 8 in disposable plates so they would fit. 2. Cable T.V was "Loading" too often Wi-Fi signal too weak. 3. Were not able to watch TV in the Guest House (Signal wasn't good enough / Wi-Fi signal too weak) 4. Dish washer wouldn't work properly. Wash dishes 2-3 times and an extra rinse was necessary. 5. Two of the bedrooms (accommodating 6 persons) were in the guest house and their bathroom was outside. (Didn't know about it) 6. Found what seemed to be pet hair on the master bedroom bed. 7. Not enough towels, had to wash them to use them next day. a) For the money paid, a decent microwave oven (or at least working properly) would be expected. b) More and nicer towels could be provided. I wouldn't say it was a bad experience but it should have been better... I didn't get to sleep in the guest house, maybe they have a different opinion!! Thanks, Mario Salinas

Great beach house

Our family, including kids and grandkids, loved your beach house. Spotless and shiny, nicely decorated and supplied with all necessary kitchenware, appliances. Kayaks and , bikes, swim equipment, etc., were a nice bonus. Fantastic decks! Quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Highly recommend. Brandon was great to communicate with, also.

Quite location.

House was great in size. Enough room for adults and families. We rent house next door also. We did have an issue with the house but the owner responded great. Canal was too low to fish. The area was quite. We loved that you can sit out and enjoy the cool breeze.

Amazing spot for family vacation...great fit for 10 people..extremely clean..plenty of amenities...the house had it all...fishing and catching crab off the back deck was an experience for those who haven't had an opportunity to fish in salwater...less than a mile from the beach...Overall; great spot...Thanks for a great experience- The Hernandez Family
