'Best hotel in London I’ve been at. Centrally located right at the top of the City, right near Liverpool Street. Easy connections to West End, Soho, Mayfair, everything. Great bed, fantastic pillows, sheets and towels, very dark with excellent blinds at first rate lighting options, excellent service, nice confortable bathroom, with Rain Shower from the ceiling (would be better with walk-in shower rather than bath, but nitpicking there). Point of improvement would be to make all the buttons less...

'We logeerden graag in dit sfeervolle hotel. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kleinschaligheid van het hotel vond ik een groot pluspunt. Met bovendien gezellige bar om de dag af te sluiten. Zoals overal in Londen is er tot laat in de avond en heel vroeg in de ochtend straatlawaai. Ik vond het dus heel attent dat er oordopjes ter beschikking waren. Het dakterras voor de gasten vond ik een leuk extraatje. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar heel lekker en vers. '

'For the Beyonce concerts in June I went to this hotel. The room was really nice. The beds was really comfy and I liked the window seat. I had a pleasant stay and it was easy travelling to the hotspurs stadium as well as london city and LCY airport. Staff was nice and very friendly too.'

'I felt very safe staying here alone as a woman. It's a very pretty hotel. You can clearly see they thought about everything, from being able to stream series on the TV, an empty mini fridge so I could cool my beverages at night and pack them cooled for the next day, eco-friendly soaps and even the outlets with multiple options (USB, European & UK). The fact that the room had a AC unit made it more comfortable, especially with the hot weather I had during my stay. I got back to a clean room and...
