Outdoor firepit, free shotgun & archery range at the lake. Canoe & Kayak included. Swimming beach within walking distance.

Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen Bed (Bed #1) with 2 Twin Rollaways in the closet (Beds #2,#3) and a Toddler sized mattress

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (Bed #4), Top Bunk Twin bed (Bed #5)

Bedroom 3: Full Bed (Bed #6), Top Bunk Twin bed (Bed #7), Rollaway Twin Bed underneath the bunk (Bed #8)

Couches in Master Bedroom and Living Room also available to sleep on but are not pull-out beds.

The Area:
• This is the ideal place for a family or group of friends to stay. Enjoy the solitude of this tucked away acreage and look up at the stars or crank up the music and have some beers around a camp fire with your friends.
• The closest neighbor is 1/2 mile away.
• Bring your horses and ride the trails around the lake or bring your boat/jet ski/kayaks and enjoy the water right over the dam.
• Enjoy the free outdoor archery range or shoot some blue rock at the trap range just up the road(park pass required for those but otherwise free).
• Maybe swimming is your thing? Hop up on the dam and walk or bike down the trail right to the public swimming beach right at the other end of the dam.
• There is plenty for everyone to do here.

• Uber and Lyft pick up here if you want to take a ride to down town and hit up some restaurants and bars. Downtown Lincoln & Memorial Stadium are just 9.5 miles away(15 minute drive).

Back Yard Entertainment:
• In the back yard we have added an 18ft covered binzebo, fire pit, outdoor grilling area, outdoor concrete bar tops and two artificial turf slabs which are great for playing bags or other yard games.

• The back yard is a great area for entertaining a large number of guests. We have had people bring multiple campers for the driveway along with guests and have a great time getting together. If you have any special requests please feel free to ask.


Guest access
• You will have access to the entire house, the front and back yard as well as field next to the house. There is a digital lock on the door so you can check in and out without meeting with the owner.

Other things to note
• I bought this house in 2018 and have completely renovated it. The inside is now completely done and ready to go. Almost everything is brand new and it is very clean.
• There is a 40 FT patio in the back yard with a grilling area, 18 FT covered Binzebo with concrete pad, several bar tops great for outdoor entertaining as well as two separate 30 FT x 12 FT strips of Astroturf for bags, washers, beer darts, or other outdoor games. WiFi and Netflix are available with our Roku device. You can also log on with your own Cable provider or Hulu account.

If you have any specific questions about anything I do not have listed just let me know. It is a great space for a group of friends or family to get together. I put a lot of work into the back yard to make it a really nice area to hang out and turn up the jams or sit around the fire pit. There is plenty of space for outdoor cooking or partying. We have also had people bring a camper or two and put them in the driveway.
