'Staff was welcoming and friendly. My error not to note that there is no breakfast included in the price. Our room was on the 4th floor and as soon as you got off the elevator is smelled like an institution. When you opened the door to our room it smelled like a nursing home. The bed frames are metal and everyone you turn or get out of bed you hear the bed make noise. Not a problem if there is only one person staying. For the money, I will not be choosing a Candlewood property again.'

'There wasn't a pool like it showed in the photos and didn't get the room I reserved. It was quite and close to the freeway and stores.And never saw Staff just a kiosk that you spoke to..Housekeeping were available.'

'Do not stay multiple nights, they do not do any housekeeping even after asking. Ran out of towels first night and always had to ask the front desk every day. Told us to dump the dirty towels in the hall. Full trash cans, had to ask the front desk for new bags and take care of our full trash bags. Shower had mold and there is no bath fan. Probably wouldn’t be a big deal if you only stayed one night. Breakfast was decent but they ran out of a lot of stuff early.'

'My stay at this hotel was by far the worst experience my family and I ever had. We initially got there and asked if we can check in early. Initially, she said no and then she looked into her computer system. She said someone canceled so she’s able to check me in early we get into the room. We were so tired. 'Lobby layout was excellent - including a friendly bar area, nice eat in area for breakfast and dinner, indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub!!! Room was nice and clean and accessible. Definitely would stay here again if in the area.'
