« J’ai demandé pour annuler et je n’ai pas de nouvelles. Je suis très déçue de ne pas avoir eu aucune aide. L’hôtel m’a référé à Expédia et l’agent n’a pas voulu m’aider. Pas de nouvelles d’Expedia non plus :-( »

« Friendly staff. Clean room and facilities. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Would have given 5 stars except the room could use some improvement: the lighting in our room was poor. The only lighting available on the far side of the room comes from the closet and a reading light, which makes it very challenging at night (I had to use the flashlight from my phone). We also had problems with our television: the first night they replaced the remote but by night 2 the TV would not come on at...

« The room key didnt work. The front desk guy said it was because i didnt do it right and he thought i knew because im young(im 44). The pillow cases were dirty. The bathroom door had 0 chance of shutting and it was clearly a problem that was ignored. Other than that it was just great lol »

« DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!! The "smoke free" room clearly was not smoke free. When I tried to get another room that was smoke free I was informed it would cost another 125 dollars per night. I had a two night stay. I did not stay the second night and was not refunded any money because that is their policy although it is not their policy to provide smoke free rooms despite the false advertising. « Property was clean but dated. Does not provide body wash in the shower, but provided wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the shower, which I thought was odd. »
