« We setup a reservation around 8am. We called around 10am to see if early check in was possible. I was told by a barely understandable person that 1pm would be early check in. We waited until 1pm. When we arrived, we were told that there is a $20 early check in fee. Also, there is a $20 key holding fee, this will come in later.
