'Het zwembad was dicht, er was geen shuttle naar het vliegveld en er was niets in de buurt. De man achter de balie vertelde me waar ik een bushalte kon vinden maar om daar te komen moest ik een snelweg oversteken. Ik was dus aangewezen op uber taxi's. Het slot van mijn deur viel bijna uit de muur dus eigenlijk kon iedereen zo binnenkomen'

'Very disappointing experience. At the time of check-in, I was informed at the last minute that the property was under renovation — no TV, no Wi-Fi, no breakfast, NO drinking water and unbelievably, not even basic toiletries! There was limited toilet paper, only two lamps were working, and there was a strong foul smell and constant noise outside the room, including dogs barking next door. To make things worse, I even spotted bugs on the bed. Absolutely horrible! My biggest question — why wasn’t...

'We didn’t realize breakfast was included, but we enjoyed breakfast downstairs this morning and also visited two breakfast spots on Friday and Saturday. The room was very clean, and the body wash and lotion were so nice that I even looked them up to buy them. The staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful, and full of great local recommendations.'
