'Parking was easy, room was clean would stay again!'

'Overall our stay was good. Nice hotel, was clean, was very surprised at how small our room was. We had a king bed room and that’s about all that could fit. We also had issues with either someone in the room next to us or some other guests putting their food garbage outside our door. This happened twice in the two nights we were there. 'Any hotel as nice as this one should not be trying to extract just a little more data out of their visitors by locking the wireless behind a membership and loyalty program. I would have given this place five stars across the board if that were not the case. Breakfast was fine and had a decent variety of all the things. The room was clean and one of the nicest hotel rooms I've stayed in.'

'The a/c worked fine. Early today I submitted a review. No towels in room, none at the front desk, except dirty ones which I took because I wanted a shower. Different staff excuses for no towels. The night staff man said "Housekeeping didn't show up." When I complained to the morning check out staff person, he said basically "not our fault people steel them." Will never go back there again. '

'Quick check-in, room was very clean and hotel is close to shops and restaurants. The room was quiet at night and temperature was easily adjustable. My only complaint is the bed, older spring bed that needs replacement. '

'The hotels location is great, the hotel was super clean. The only issue we had, was we went there for an event that started at 5:30pm, and we arrived at 2pm, there were hundreds of people waiting to be checked in, but they refused to start checking people in any earlier than 3pm despite having the rooms ready. There was people waiting in line, drinking and getting ready in the bathrooms and lobby for the event, and still they wouldn’t start checking people in to limit the wait for anyone....
