'I had booked a room with handicapped accessibility. When we unlocked we could see it was either someone else's or a used room that was not ready yet (blankets were messed up). We were told at the counter that there are no other accessible room available and Expedia overbooks such rooms. When we went to our second room we couldn't lock our bathroom or fully close. 'These are just very basic rooms, small with no amenities, BUT very clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the property was quiet. Very good value for the money. If you want to avoid high hotel costs, and you're just looking for is a place to shower and sleep, I highly recommend! Definitely will stay there again.'

'Comfort Suites needs to update this hotel. It seemed old and not clean. The pool was too cold for swimming. The laundry room was dirty. Our room was fine, but the tub/shower looked old and unappealing. We didn't use it. The staff was nice.'
