' We stayed in a nice, spacious and clean apartment. Our stay was almost flawless, untill we asked if a late check out was possible. The reason we asked for a late check out was to leave our luggage in the room so we can get two 1,5 hour massages in the hotel spa. Same reason I gave the receptionist by the way. Mind you that one 1,5 hour massage is more then the nightly rate of the room. The answer was that it's possible for a fee of €10,- an hour. Not that client friendly when I'm still...

'overall it was a good stay. Hotel is a bit aged, but fully functional and absolutely fine. We had two rooms for a week in early February and will probably come back again. 'A really well presented chalet on 3 floors, with a spacious kitchen/diner/lounge on the top floor, with good views of the Rila mountain and the slopes. Comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, an open fire, a bar, a beer fridge, everything for the perfect ski trip! We'd love to come back again. The complex also has a decent pool, a sauna and a good restaurant. There's a courtesy bus into the resort which runs anout every 40 minutes. Loads of parking.'

'Great stay at Davids apartment. It is a single large room with 2 single beds, a kettle, toaster, fridge and two ring hob. A good size bathroom and really warm and cozy! Perfect location for both the main ski slopes and a short walk down the hill to the gondola. (Not sure if this helps, but I used ski strap/carrier for the walk down and back up at the end of the day and I found that made lugging skis a lot less hassle! ). Hoping to be back again next year!'
