'The stay was ok, nothing special. No one went above and beyond. Not the best customer service but was not bad either'

'The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. I won’t recommend it '

'The room was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen and certainly nowhere near 4 star. Everything is Broken and filthy with insects and bugs. Food was just as bad no variety at all, pointless going half board as we had to eat out most of the time as it was so bad. The facilities are neglected the customer care non existent and most nights there was screaming and fighting from locals at the front reception leaving clubs and bars . Incredibly unsafe for families and poor value for money. Worst...

'5 stars all around. Nick our property host was fantastic. The castle exceeded our expectations on size and value for money. Not to mention the jacuzzi that was almost as tall as me 🙄😅. The property was cleaned throughout, perfect temperatures and the company provided with plenty of information for surrounding areas and transportation as we had no car. Would 100% recommend. Thank you to all the team!!! '

'The listing for this apartment hotel was misleading. It said that it has Spa Facilities and swimming pool but it did not. There was such in nearby building in another hotel with similar name that charged extra 43 eur and said they have nothing to do with Flora Daisy'

'Het hotel ligt verscholen ver van de buitenwereld en de menukaart voor het restaurant s avonds was enkel in Bulgaars ter beschikking?!Dus gelukkig hadden we zelf nog iets te eten in onze koelbox. Verder was de dame bij de incheck vriendelijk en behulpzaam .'

'Til NYs eve vi var sent på en restaurant et par km væk fra hotellet. Vi var aldrig informeret før rejsen at det er ikke plads i Yagoda restaurant. Jeg var i kontakt med Yagoda flere gange før rejsen og jeg troede vi skal i Yagoda restaurant - afstand er vigtigt punkt når man rejser med børn. Man ryger i restauranten om aften - det var officielt æske bæger til ryger på hvert bord!'

'Whilst further out of the centre than say the Flora, easily walkable and accommodation is clean and very warm. Thoroughly recommend the location. Feedback and local support also very good.'

' We stayed in a nice, spacious and clean apartment. Our stay was almost flawless, untill we asked if a late check out was possible. The reason we asked for a late check out was to leave our luggage in the room so we can get two 1,5 hour massages in the hotel spa. Same reason I gave the receptionist by the way. Mind you that one 1,5 hour massage is more then the nightly rate of the room. The answer was that it's possible for a fee of €10,- an hour. Not that client friendly when I'm still...
