This lovely villa at Tivoli by the Sea, the Resort, is perfectly located within a short golf cart ride to the beach. So, jump on the golf cart and spin on over to the sandy white beach and emerald waters. You can also take the cart to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for boutique shopping, entertainment and dining!

Inspired by the timeless architecture of the Mediterranean, Tivoli by the Sea is tucked away on the beach side of the Resort. Picturesque clusters of Tivoli villas are located on the Baytowne Golf Course, perfectly situated near the beach. This lovely vacation property is spacious enough for eight guests and offers impressive golf course views from the screened balcony.

Designed with comfort in mind, our villa offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional custom bunk bed off the master bedroom- all finished with new wood flooring. With travertine tiled floors, the family area offers a comfy sleeper sofa, swivel chairs and an HDTV. Our well-appointed kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for the family. Guests will love our spacious screened balcony overlooking the 15th fairway at Baytowne Golf Course - a perfect place to enjoy the warm Florida breeze while relaxing on the new outdoor furniture!

The master suite offers a king bed and an additional nook with custom bunk beds (2 twins), plenty of closet space, an HDTV and direct access to the screened porch. The guest bedroom is furnished with a king bed and offers access to a full bath. A comfy sleeper sofa completes the sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests.

For additional parking, guests may use off-site paid parking at Geronimo RV Park in Miramar Beach (2.9 miles away). Please contact Geronimo RV Park directly atorfor availability and pricing.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
