Welcome to The Crescent Unit #416, a beachfront complex, located on Scenic Highway 98, in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. We are within walking distance to Silver Shells Outlet Mall, Winn Dixie, and next door to the beachfront Surf Hut restaurant.

The Crescent is a beachfront, gated, 4-story complex, with 2 pools. We have a 4,500 sq. ft. tropical lagoon-style pool & a 2nd pool that is seasonally heated! Look no further... paradise is here at The Crescent. A unique and upscale condominium resort, located directly on the beach, in the Gulf of Mexico, on the quiet side of Miramar Beach. Beach service, 1 umbrella and 2 chairs, are a complimentary service with unit 416.

This 4th-floor penthouse, two-bedroom unit features 10-foot ceilings, only found on the 4th-floor units at The Crescent. Boasting a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops for those who love to cook! The master bedroom and living room open up to the L-shaped balcony where you can enjoy incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Our gated community features a 4500 square feet beach-side pool, (in addition to a pool that is seasonally heated), surrounded by a lush tropical setting not seen in other low-rise condominiums in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. Lounge at the oversized sundeck, relax in the hot tub or take our private boardwalk to the Gulf of Mexico, where we provide our guests with 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (in season March through October). Take advantage of the on-site meeting room and outdoor grills.

Location... Location... Location... nestled on Scenic Highway 98 in a cozy setting for those who love to relax, yet within minutes to Silver Sands Factory Stores. Our area has wave runners, go-carts, golfing, and the best deep-sea fishing around.

Condo was beautiful inside. It was close to the beach, and the pool was really nice. Communication with the host Roxanne was spectacular. The location at Miramar was perfect, close to great restaurants and stores and the beach and water were spectacular. The umbrella and chair set up for the beach was perfect by the set-up crew. We arrived early and were able to check-in early! Property owner was the best communicator I have experienced. The unit was impeccably clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Even salt and pepper, which seems small, yet never seems to be in a rental kitchen. Top of the line washer and dryer. Plenty of hangers in the closets. Comfortable beds and bedding. Great towels. Can’t say enough good things! Property was well maintained and in an excellent location to get to many restaurants, grocery store and shopping. Will stay here again.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It was clean and decorated beautifully! The host Roxanne was wonderful! Checked in on us and made sure everything was up to her high standards! The condo was stocked with everything to make your stay comfortable! Beds were comfortable and so was the furniture! Plenty of storage for your clothes ect! Great views of both the pool and beach! The pool area was just gorgeous! Looked like a resort! Pool was clean and well maintained! Honestly I could not imagine anything being nicer! Was close to shopping, and many restaurants! If I could give this condo higher than a 5 star I would! We all loved it and the owner is very easy to communicate with! Thanks again Roxanne for a wonderful week and stay in your beautiful condo! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our large family to cook, eat, sleep and lounge!In addition to the condo being a great fit for us, the entire complex was great. Since there are only 5 levels to the building there was plenty of space to enjoy the all the amenities. We’ve stayed at high rise condos before where the beach and pool get overcrowded, but not here!Would absolutely stay here again.

The Crescent is a beautiful property and room 416 definitely has the best view of the pool and ocean!! Everything was very clean and well kept and the stay was very enjoyable! The beach area was beautiful and not crowded since it’s a private area! We would definitely stay here again!

We love The Crescent Condos! This unit was our favorite so far. 2 BDM/2 Bath. Master bed/bath was amazing! Very clean, amazing views!!! Had a minor maintenance issue but the owner was very responsive in staying on top of it to get it fixed! Highly recommend and we Will definitely be back!!!

This was our first time to stay at this condo and we were very pleased with the accommodations. The kitchen was stocked the best of all and we have been coming to the emerald coast for over 30 years. Beds were so comfortable and the view was beautiful.

Fantastic property super clean, everything works, best view in town, private beach what more can you ask for. Great restaurant next door if you don't want to drive after a day at the beach. And the best most personable host we've ever had in all the years we have gone to the gulf coast. Roxanne rocks you'll love the communication from her on day one.

Let me start off by saying Roxanne was amazing and answered all our questions. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. Her condo was beautifully decorated and clean. No sand on the floors..the view was to die for. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and all other kitchen items. All the appliances were nice and in working order. The resort pool was never crowded and neither was the beach. The complementary beach chairs and umbrella was a plus. I honestly have absolutely no complaints about the condo or Roxanne… The only thing I didn’t like about the resort was that there was no ramp to the beach for W/C, strollers, wagons, etc. and the wristbands the office provides do not stay on the greatest. However the condo owners do not control that and in no way does that impact my review for her condo itself. I highly recommend this condo and Roxanne you will not be disappointed. If i could give more than 5 stars I would. The resort was nice and clean also, and the fact that is gated was also a plus. I’m looking forward to our next trip.

Weather was perfect and so was condo!

We love the location of the Crescent! The setting feels very private with an awesome view of the beach while still providing the convenience of nearby shopping for supplies.(Plus restaurants, a book store, and several antique stores.) The condo is complete with everything you need; we especially appreciated the patio furniture on the balcony - the chairs were really comfortable :) Thanks Roxanne!!
