Enjoy upscale Cape Harbour Marina and Shopping or take a short drive of less than 10 minutes to Cape Coral's Yacht Club Beach and the Boathouse Restaurant and Tiki Bar and enjoy a drink by the beach!

This luxury vacation home offers it all! 3 bedrooms, 2 bath with more than 2,600 sqft of living area, electric heated pool and spa with water feature, oversized pool deck, southern rear exposure, large boat dock, tiki hut, streaming capable TVs and Wifi throughout the home

This gorgeous custom home features a great room with entertainment center, large flat screen TV, wide open kitchen with breakfast bar, and granite counters, formal dining room, and breakfast nook. Bright wide-open spaces!

The large master suite has access to the pool deck, flat screen TV, and two large walk-in closets. Adjoining the master suite is the luxury master bath with dual vanities, centered garden tub, and walk-around shower.

Split from the master suite on the other side of the home are two oversized bedrooms, sharing a bath with large walk-in shower and pool access. The two bedrooms offer large walk-in closets and TVs. One of the bedrooms also has access to the pool deck.

Really?

Very old, needs to be updated, outside chairs were rotted, bath and hand towels were so old I wouldn't even use them as rags, master bed headboard looks like a cat or raccoon tore it up, toaster was filthy and no propane in the grill , definitely not worth the $3500. A real rip off

Perfect Location and Nice Property

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The house was lovely, beautiful pool area and although we didn’t really cook at the house, the house had everything we would have needed to cook or grill meals at the property. For boaters, the location is ideally located for a short ride to gulf. I would recommend this location.

Loved this property

The Pelican house was great for our family of 5 (kids were 15, 13 and 10). We loved the location and also the great house. THe pool area was great, the canal was great and loved being able to walk over to Rum Runners and also for Gelato too. Our property manager, Florian, was amazing; so responsive and super easy to work with! I would stay at any of his properties again for sure.!!

So beautiful. We are from North Dakota and we were in paradise. Very clean, pool and spa was amazing. Watched fish off the dock which was so relaxing! Everything was easy and clean. Good instructions!

This was PERFECT!! My daughter and I have autoimmune issues and I thought this would be good for if either of us had a flare- up and needed to rest while the others still wanted to have fun. Sure enough, she had one of her biggest flare ups ever. But…all kids were happy playing in our private pool while we would take turns caring for her and since joint pain is part of the process- she herself was happiest in the pool. The house is beautiful. I could live in the master bath:) plenty of space, close to some amazing restaurants (loved the sushi places we tried), close to several beaches, and close enough we were able to easily drive to Disney before returning home. I’ve told my husband I want to go back when it’s just he & I to really enjoy the relaxation of it all. It is a perfect family place and would be wonderful by ourselves or another couple too.

Beautiful home

I’m always concerned that online pics of homes on VRBO won’t match reality. Well…this one sure does. Absolutely beautiful home with all sorts of amenities. The pool area was a huge favorite of all of us. It’s a long drive from Nebraska, but I think we’ll definitely be back someday.

Great Outdoor Area, but you are charged for Electricity

I did not realize there was an extra electricity fee until we driving down there, so that was shock to me! I was worried about the unknown fee’s associated with heating the pool & hot tub, but my bill was $84 for the week. Unexpected but not outrageous. We had a few hiccups figuring out how to turn on the pool & hot tub heater (the binder needs better pictures) but the property manager was very responsive every time I messaged and ended up coming over that first morning to walk us thru. I saw some cockroaches in the kitchen that first night and the back bedroom had tiny bugs under the night stand glass, but not sure if this is common in South Florida? The decor was a bit dated, but....overall this property is awesome with a great outdoor area! The layout works well with older kids that u don’t have to worry about the pool. The house was well equipped (kitchen, towels, movies, 2 beach chairs). Also, the marina is a 5 min walk with a few shops & restaurants and several nights we heard live music playing over there. It took about 45 min to drive to Sanibel beaches & Lovers Key State park (mostly due to traffic).

Perfect Family Retreat

We are a family of six and everything about our stay was wonderful. Loved the pool area!! We saw a small shark and dolphin while on the dock. Great location and property manager was responsive to any questions. Thanks for a great week.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and the property manager was extremely courteous and friendly. The house is well stocked with the basics. I loved the kitchen. Fishing of the deck was enjoyable, as well. Very spacious, peaceful and clean. Adding it to our “favorites” list for future summer trips
