House was very spacious. Clean. Plenty of seating options for our large group inside and out. Overall - great. We did arrive to some ants around the kitchen sink and a swimming pool that needed some cleaning, but the host dropped off extra traps and had the pool company clean earlier than scheduled, which was phenomenal. Ants cleared out in a day and we had no other issues with them.There were some beach items and chairs in the garage. A nice surprise. Beach was right across the street with easy access.A few things to note. As large as the home is, it seemed to be under-furnished. While there was plenty of seating for everyone, just small things such as extra side tables or luggage racks would have been nice to have. When it states that the kitchen is not stocked with spices, etc., they aren't kidding. It seems they clear EVERYTHING out of the place after someone stays. We always leave any unopened/unused items when we leave for the next guests to use, and this was the first place we have stayed that had none of that. A better selection of pots, pans, cooking utensils would have been nice but we made due. The photos should also be updated as they are not accurate. There was no tv outside or the cushioned furniture. There was one cushioned chair outside that seemed broken or just possibly unlevel when you sat in it. There were many cushions in the empty room off of the pool patio, but no where to put them. The main living room furniture was also different than pictured.
