We enjoyed the property. The location is great. Enjoyed the pool area and close to the beach as well. A note for the manager, you can receive beach towels, they give you a card to get them when you check in.

The Costa Hollywood Beach Hotel is conveniently located along the Hollywood Broadwalk. An easy walk to everything you need. The rooftop restaurant and bar with the pool is great when you aren't in the mood for the beach

Comfortable space in great location

We enjoyed the condo and its location with views of the intercoastal water while being very near the beach. The rooftop pool was a nice amenity. The unit had a few small maintenance issues and the owner was very responsive. We would stay here again.

This place has a wonderful location and this property is great. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths….great space. Roof top pool and close access to the beach and unlimited food and drink options. No car needed. We loved it!!

Perfect stay for Broadwalk weekend

Meeting friends for a weekend, this was a perfect stay. Two large sleeping suites with their own bathrooms. Located on either side of the large ear in kitchen and living area. We wanted to stay together and this fit the bill. I wish there were more properties like this!

The 2 bedroom unit was perfect! Our only hiccup was checking in when we arrived at the hotel. We had to wait in a very long line and the hotel had only one person was working at the front desk and we had to wait at least 45 minutes in line. Other than that, the facility was very nice and we enjoyed the location.

Wonderful stay in Hollywood

We just came back from our first stay at the Costa Hollywood and our party of 6 has agreed it won’t be our last! The location is perfect, the rooftop pool was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and our host responded promptly to any questions. The resort was very kid friendly, the room was quite sound proof considering the noise outside could get quite loud and the rooms were incredibly spacious (pictures do not do it justice). The condo was not the most stocked property we have ever stayed at and we could have used a floor cleaning device such as a mop or vacuum as the floor was easily dirtied. Otherwise we found the room to be very clean and we all agreed the beds were extremely comfortable! Overall we were very happy with our stay and will be booking again in the future!

We stayed at this property for two nights and overall had a decent experience, but there are several important considerations for future guests.Additional Fees (Not Clearly Disclosed):The most significant issue was the unexpected extra charges. In addition to the rental cost, we were required to pay:42/day for parking, 40/day resort fee. & a 50 registration fee. These fees totaled nearly 200 and were only disclosed 48–72 hours before check-in, leaving us with no choice but to pay. This lack of transparency was frustrating and would be even more so for a longer stay. If you're budgeting for your trip, be sure to factor these in. The apartment itself is spacious and nicely decorated, though some of the furniture is worn and could use updating—which is somewhat expected in a beach condo. The location is excellent: less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. The pool area is lovely, and the resort grounds are clean and well-maintained.While the unit had been cleaned, we encountered several issues:A dirty pack-and-play was left in the condo.It appeared a dog had stayed before us—there were nose prints on the glass and urine stains on the master bedroom mattress. Although the sheets were changed, the mattress pad was not, and the bed had a strong odor. A metal piece under the counter fell off. Maintenance entered the unit to work on the dishwasher with only 10 minutes’ notice. The washer/dryer combo was not functioning.

Great stay in Hollywood beach

The condo was perfect for 5, beds were comfortable, spacious and clean. Check in initially did not have my early check in information but the host resolved it right away. The rooftop pool was great. Loved the beach although the chair and cabana rental is a little pricey. It would make sense for multi room units to get more than 2 chairs included. Had almost everything we needed including toiletries, dish detergent, and paper goods. We did have to ask for additional trash bags as there was only one in the unit. Washer/dryer combo in unit but bring a few detergent pods. Loved being able to get fresh beach towels daily. Great balcony overlooking the intracoastal. Liquor and convenience stores close by. Coffee shop in lower level was great. All of the staff was friendly and efficient.

Great Location

I have stayed in numerous vrbo’s and this unit is just so so. Although the location is spot on and the amenities with the unit are great you get more of a hotel stay then a homey drop your stuff and kick back stay. Nothing about the unit was very high end…Bed sheets…awful (I want a fitted sheet on a mattress not a flat tucked under the mattress and suppose to be whit but came off more off white from being washed so many times.) towels awful, decor awful…toilet seat needed tightened…with what it costs a night I expected more..

Fantastic place in a fantastic location

We spent a full week here for spring break in March of 2022 and just returned. Wanted to write this while fresh in my mind. The condo is beautiful and modern. Clean. Comfortable furniture. Soft beds. Excellent air conditioning and water pressure. The view of the lake and marina is really nice. The road is noisy with the patio doors open, but somehow it is nearly silent when closed. We could not hear traffic or fellow guests around us despite the place being full and crowded. WIFI is fantastic and very fast. My daughter was able to do several zoom interviews there without interruption and we could stream HD video also without issue. The rooftop pool is outstanding. The deck is massive. There are plenty of deck chairs. The rooftop bar is great too. Good drinks, great staff. Only complaint is closing at 7 pm is a little ridiculous especially during spring break. I suspect it’s due to staffing. The unit is in a high end boutique hotel and the staff are fantastic. Super friendly, always opening doors, greeting us like valued customers. Felt like a king. The location of the hotel is perfect. Literally steps from the Hollywood Boardwalk. There is tons to do there. Eating, drinking, shopping, sight seeing. It was a perfect place to spend a family vacation. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Only complaint is that the TV’s are laughably small for the space. But we weren’t there to watch TV;)

Good place

The front desk didn't have our info so the manager's son had to come and sort out our arrival. Check-in was delayed until almost 5pm. The property is lovely. Kitchen is minimally usable and guests should not plan on preparing meals beyond the simplest things. Otherwise, the staff at the "hotel" were lovely, the roof deck is fabulous, and Hollywood is fun!

Great location and property

We enjoyed the views of the intracoastal and location just off the broadwalk. The unit is exactly as shown in the pictures, and was comfortable and spacious. It could use a smart TV in the living room area, we could only access 4 channels. Other than that, it suited our needs.
