The Costa Hollywood property is well maintained and very clean, with friendly staff and a responsive unit manager. The rooftop pool and bar are a highlight, with great food and a relaxing atmosphere, though keep in mind the rooftop closes at 8 PM. The location is excellent and walkable, so you really do not need a car. The unit was spacious and exactly as described, making for a comfortable stay.A few small things to note: some booking emails had placeholder text (XXX) instead of actual phone numbers and emails, though the manager was quick to respond when I reached out. The check-in guide could be updated to include the ice machine location near units 35 and 36 on each floor. Some furniture and linens are showing normal wear, and the living room windows only have sheers, so if you use the pullout sofa, expect early morning light.Overall, these were minor details that did not affect my experience. I would definitely stay here again.
