We now rent out our house in the weeks we, ourselves, are not able to be there. Cozy, single-story house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located in a quiet residential area. It is approximately 3,5 miles to the beach (Pompano Beach)

The house has a large heated pool, florida room (insect-protected outdoor), barbecue, all the amenities like air conditioning, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, wireless Internet. Sheets and towels included.

Great Home in Pompano!

From the moment we booked our stay at this home the host was the best! She is so welcoming and accommodating. So is her home. Her home is newly renovated and well done. The pool was an added bonus and we loved being able to jump in anytime we wanted. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and well maintained. We felt very safe there. I highly recommend this vacation home and would definitely stay again should the need arise. Ann was a real lifesaver for us!

Perfect house for us

Wonderful house and for all our family well. We had 6 adults a 4 yr old, 23 month old and 12 month old. They had a pack n play and high chair which was super nice. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we would need. Beds were VERY comfortable. Pool was on the cooler side but we still enjoyed it.

Fantastic Long Weekend

6 of us came from Illinois to celebrate my niece's 30th birthday. My niece lives in Tampa and we wanted a different area to stay in and explore. It was wonderful to stay at Ann's place. The beds were super comfortable, the heated pool was wonderful, the house was exactly as pictured and communication with Ann was great. There was work in the neighborhood due to the city replacing storm drains or something and Ann warned us ahead of time so we weren't surprised and the workers were great about any inconvenience driving in the surrounding streets. The neighbors were nice when they were walking their dogs during the day. I would stay at this property again! Thank you Ann and Ted for the lovely long weekend!

Amazing home with a beautiful backyard and pool! Spacious, and homey with amazing hosts

This house was absolutely perfect! More then enough space for all of us! The kids room was soo cool with extra toys! The yard and pool were amazing (wish I was still there)! The property was well taken care of and all appliances were new!!! The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the 100 degree weather! Ann was soo quick to answer any questions we had! Quaint peaceful home with a heated pool. What more could you ask for?

Two couples over the age of 60 spent the week at this lovely quaint quiet home. We never made it to the beach because the heated pool was right at our doorstep! The home is well kept, clean, and immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, bowls, cups, etc. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and bed linens. Our stay was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly, one neighbor even took our trash out to the street (thinking we had left). We truly enjoyed ourselves and the pool was the piece de resistance! Thank you!

Low-key rental with very responsive owner. We used the house as a base for 8 days during the holidays – and omicron Covid – and enjoyed having the beach ten minutes away and easy access to highways to get to the Everglades. The house has a peaceful, private yard with a heated pool and space to eat outdoors. Quiet, low-key neighborhood. Ann goes all out to make sure any issues get handled promptly and the house is well stocked with beach towels and chairs, and all the kitchen basics, including spices. Good wifi. The house is okay. It’s an average 1960s FL ranch house; the 4th bedroom is a converted garage. We watched a few movies in the living area and the dining room was a great place to do a puzzle or eat dinner. The yard was great to have outdoor dining, and it was perfect. The open kitchen has been updated and is well stocked for cooking. Our challenge was lighting --which Ann offered us additional lamps. A good heavy maintenance cleaning and update would make the house give guests much more value for the steep price.

Cozy, Comfortable Stay

My son and 4 of his cloest friends wanted to attend a music festival in Miami Gardens. I did not want to be in the middle of the madness but close enough to get them back and forth daily. This was the just the house for me. FIrst of all communication beteween myself and the owners was awesome. They answered any and all of my questions no matter when or what I asked. The hosue is beautiful. Never have a stayed in a house that is so accommidating. There was an abundant amount of bedding, towels, soap, cleaning suppplies, a food pantry(this was top notch., and a very beautiful pool. This house was close enough to the highway that I was able to get back and forth to Miami without any issues. Yet far enough away that I was able to sit on the dock and enjoy the sunshine in peace. I cannot wait to return.
