Great experience

We are very happy with this last minute vacation. That was the only house open for our dates and we were concerned with some mixed reviews. But we took our chance and the owner was very helpful with our online booking. The process was fantastic and management very helpful. The kids love the pool and fishing from the back of the house. The house location is great and the house is fully equipped with everything. We loved cooking in that gorgeous kitchen and enjoying this lovely house setting. We will certainly be coming back.

Overall good experience

Overall good stay at Seven Isles. Pros: Great location, close to beach and lots of fantastic restaurants. Awesome pool. Super comfy beds. Lots of extra bedding and towels. Very spacious for large families. Cons: Strict restrictions on the thermostat at 72 degrees, all bedrooms got very hot/uncomfortable at night. No TV on main floor/living area. No built in speakers for outside pool area. Patio furniture is limited and worn, needs to be replaced. Dirty coffee maker, could be replaced. Toaster was partially broken. Stove was not dependable. Bar refrigerator was old and partially damaged. Lots of stairs in the house so not ideal for young children or elders.

Beautiful Home

My friends and I have done quite a bit of traveling and we all agreed that this villa was the most beautiful accommodation we have ever experienced. The property is very well maintained with lovely views, amazing location, manicured and well appointed house. The staff was so kind and helpful in every way. Chef Pierre prepares fabulous food. Owner was great to rent from. She respects your privacy but right there if you need anything. This is truly paradise!

Non stop problems every day

House is old and in need of repair. Roofing work about to commence - but not before water leaked into the kitchen and MBR. Stove never worked; she called a repairman in who needs to replace a part. Pool filter and heater broke, after roofer left chunks of foam insulation and tar which blew all over the backyard. (Pool guy said it probably is leaking). We cleaned it. The house is dangerous for old people, little kids, and anyone drinking: There are steps everywhere (split level) with NO bannisters. Dishwasher was falling out (she sent someone to repair it). Big boat docked right outside the back, so we had zero privacy for 4 days when they came to clean it (we had to stop them from doing it with machines the very first day we got there, which they warned us was v noisy). Shower, sink and toilet in MBR started backing up, she sent someone to repair it. Lights on steps leading down to kitchen went out (she fixed it) and then they went out again. Did not even bother reporting it. Lastly, and this is not the owner's fault, there is a huge house under construction across the water, so it was very noisy and intrusive. We paid ALOT of money to stay there for 2 weeks and we were isolating and working so it was a disaster for us. Owner would not refund us a dime, but offered us 2 free nights if we booked it again in the future, so she knew these problems existed (like I said, the house needs a lot of work). We have records of all our convos and photos. We left the house spotless, and are great guests, so this is all on her.

Great house & Location .. Watch out for hidden fees

The house is located centrally to everything. It is well stocked with everything and clean. That being said, there are some hidden charges with this listing. Once you book, you will be required to pay an additional amount per week for housecleaner. They also make you pay for heating if you you want to heat the pool, but there is a large charge already at check out. We are extremely private people (which is why we rented a house with 6 bedrooms (listing has 7.. there is not a 7th). for only two people. We were not aware that there is a yacht parked in the back that doesn't belong to the owners (they rent the space out). There were people coming in & out of the gate on a daily basis and working on the yacht which is a couple steps from the pool.. if we had known they would be there everyday, we would've rented another house.

Tropical oasis

The location of this property on a quiet part of the intercoastal within biking distance of Los Olas shops/ restaurants and the beach could not be better. The pool area is a gorgeous tropical oasis that made our stay. The house is spacious, filled with interesting art and natural light. The main room is particularly well appointed. Our only complaints were that the furniture and certain fixtures have seen lots of wear & tear and the kitchen (while equipped with tons of dishes, silverware sets, serving platters, etc) doesn't have the pots, pans, baking sheets, and kitchen tools for serious cooks like we are especially during COVID. To the property manager's credit, she offered to and actually did order the baking sheets and kitchen tool we requested at the start of our visit, which we found truly amazing. She was very responsive throughout our stay.

Home is falsely advertised

We booked your home under a pretense there would be enough bedrooms for our guests. There was NO 7th bedroom, NO theater room and no balcony as advertised in the listing. Even if there was just and office. It stated that a king bed would be provided in there. There is NO way possible a king bed would fit in that room . Then instructing us to move a bed from another room in there or blow up an air mattress. We had guests who we paid for who had to get a hotel room because there was no beds for them. We paid additional money to unlock a room that was still unable to be used. You maliciously published false information about the listing with an intent to still acquire our money knowing you were not delivering everything we were charged for, that is a crime. Secondly,we were accused of towel stains ????????? the towel stains are normal use, there is nothing that will not wash out. We are in the middle of a nationwide pandemic, so surely you are not suggesting the towels we had were used? I was under the impression towels, washcloths and personal items were to be brand new and unused. Lastly, I would like a detailed breakdown of what the cleaning fee covers, surely you’ve seen dirty towels and bedsheets, is this not what we paid for? There are NO damages to your home and falsely accusing us of destruction can result in a lawsuit. The poor communication with the host was very annoying. We were presented with a phone number that was never answered and had a aswering message saying something along the lines of “can’t answer the phone right now probably doing something more important”. I travel OFTEN and stay in rental properties all the time and I have never been more displeased. If we weren’t traveling with such a large group I would have left that day at check in. But because of the pandemic finding a place to stay for a larger group is very hard at the time.

Outstanding property exactly as advertised

I spent a week at this property with my husband and two year old. It was the perfect place for my little family. Everything was absolutely spotless and clean. The kitchen and linen closets were well stocked with high quality items. The pool and yard are in immaculate condition including the BBQ. We will absolutely return to this property.

The property is beautiful and Hania was such a great host we enjoyed the pool and gorgeous view of the property as well as the location which is easy walk to everything. The staff were awesome!!!! we definitely plan to go back there sometimes soon
