'This was a perfect last minute booking when the weather required us to alter our camping plans. The house was very clean, well appointed and super comfortable. It is in a great location to access Lathrop and nearby trails and communities. It had everything we needed and worked out great, it was a gem!'

'No one answered the phone. When I got there, it was clearly being renovated and not ready to take on customers. Not a soul there. I booked it nearly two weeks out, and my getaway was a bust because I couldn't even get in. Why is it up to be booked when it is clearly not ready for customers. Ruined my holiday weekend getaway. Will not recommend.'

'We enjoyed our stay ! A helpful host with great suggestions! The place felt like home. We were expecting a shady RV park but the park was well kept with new RVs. The home is privately located at the end of the park with it's own space.The sand dunes are a 35 min. scenic drive.'

'Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isn’t a bedroom that isn’t great. Huge theater-quality TV if you have an event you want to watch. Loved the spacious kitchens, high tech bathrooms, and great radiant...
