'Wat hebben wij ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Een prachtig hotel, heerlijk eten, geweldig zwembad en goede faciliteiten. Oog voor detail en de kleine dingen die er werkelijk toe doen. Je gaat liggen aan het zwembad, er komt direct een koud flesje water. Heerlijke lounge met lekker muziek. Alles is gewoon WAUW! Dank aan alle mensen die daar met hart en ziel staan, zodat de klanten het naar hun uiterste zin hebben. Thanks Elizabeth, Pathum and others! '

'Nice and big suites, friendly and helpful staff, close to highway and shoppingmalls (even walking distance), enough space in parking garage, good restaurant and very nice gym and rooftop pool. Unfortunately we missed some equipment in the kitchen but after asking, missing things were brought immediately…. I can advice this place'

'Ondanks er werken waren in het hotel, hebben wij hier weinig van gemerkt. Er was geen geluidsoverlast. Het zwembad was buiten gebruik, maar het hotel had voorzien dat zijn cliënteel kon zwemmen in een naburig hotel (Radisson blu). Voor de rest was de service prima. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Voor lekker eten en drinken kan je terecht bij cafe Mocha en restaurant Tuscany. '

'I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Muscat. It is a beautiful property with a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were truly amazing, very helpful, kind, and always attentive to any needs. The location is perfect, close to key areas yet very quiet, which is ideal if you value a good night's sleep. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best I have experienced during my travels. Overall, a fantastic stay. I highly recommend it to anyone...

'The hotel was very noisy, the room looked like it has never seen refurbishment since the 19th century, the breakfast was not great, there was no hairdryer in the room, the shower could use some repairs, the room was smelly, the bed linen felt dirty as well, the wifi was very slow, the bill had to be paid in advance, they do not accept American Express, and the hotel was willing to arrange day trips in Muscat and Oman at rates that were well above those advertised by tour operators.
