'Perfect place to stop on the Rt 7 corridor between VT/MA. It was clean, easy to access, and met our needs. It isn’t fancy but has all that you need including modern outlets for device charging, a new frig and microwave, and a simple but adequate breakfast.'

'The inn above this bar is a quirky place to stay. The rooms are basic - no coffee maker, TV, or other amenities - but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. (Running a vaccum cleaner in the rooms and on the stairs once in a while would be a good idea.) As far as noise, the bar usually closes at 10, so that was not an issue. 'We were disappointed that this "Inn" is really an older motel, run together with another older motel across the highway and a converted barn/restaurant. We should have read the descriptions and reviews more carefully. On return, after checking the listing, it was perfectly clear. Note: If you want an Inn experience, the converted barn seems to be the place to stay. On the positive, the room was quiet, the beds comfortable and everything was clear although very well worn. 'Wij vonden de kamer niet echt schoon, de koffiezetapparaat was niet schoon vanbinnen. De badkamer viel best mee. De lakens zagen er op het eerste gezicht wel schoon uit. Maar de sprei en deken was niet schoon en er zaten ronde gaatjes in de deken. De kwaliteit van wifi was slecht in de kamer, we moesten buiten gaan staan bij de receptie om redelijk verbinding te krijgen. Het ontbijt was slecht, heel karig; brood werd nauwelijks aangevuld.'

'This Viking Village is fantastic. There is so much eye for details, you really enter a different world. We had a great time there and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The house has everything you need, and is very comfortable. The guide inside the house with tips and suggestions for visiting and eating/drinking in the area is very comprehensive and helpful. Do not mis this place when you are in the area. '
