'Mediocre hotel, the only one probably in Italy that serves a heartless filter coffee at breakfast. It ha s very noisy rooms, if you want to hear the whispered conversations of your neighbours, this is the place to be. The beds are comfortable though the matress is sheeted with a plastic wrap for diminished sleep comfort.
Nevertheless, the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The location is close to the centre and conveniently close to the tram station. '

'We stayed at Giuseppe’s property for one night as a stopover before our next destination, and overall we had a good experience.
The room was very clean, the location was amazing, and we really appreciated the complimentary bottle of Prosecco, which was a lovely touch. Giuseppe also kindly let us check-out later and stored our luggage free of charge which allowed us to stay a few more hours in Florence and check out the local monuments before our departure.

'This is a gem in busy Florence. Situated so central, in the middle of all, yet not too busy. The staff is cozy and not an automatic pilot reception but genuine service that enjoy their work.
