« We had a great stay. This is a very clean house right on the river. It's walkable to a nearby restaurant, park, and marina. There are several kayaks on the ground floor and a dock to launch them. Lots of seating on the ground floor, outside, and on the second-floor deck. There's a hot tub on the ground floor as well. We saw manatees and dolphins every day we were there. Be sure and kayak or boat upriver. There are several great spots to pull over and swim. »

« I have been to this area before and stayed in several different homes. I would actually pass this house and it looked appealing from the outside. I could never have been prepared for how well equipped, decorated, clean and the degree of detail which is paid to this home. « This house is PERFECT!!!! We have stayed at numerous river houses in the past 10 yrs and this was #1!! Best stocked, all you need is your clothes and food they have ALL the things you need!!! The most spacious, the open layout in the kitchen and living room area makes cooking and socializing easy!!! The pool, floats and towels were all supplied!! « My 6 night stay was perfect. Check-in was easy and the hosts were very responsive around questions / requests. Location was uber convenient to Sumter Landing and the Palmer Legends courses. The Bungalow was stylishly decorated with super comfy beds and plenty of room to hang out and relax. I highly recommend! »

« Perfect retreat! This rental is quiet, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Plenty of room for a family of 4, with everyone having a comfortable recliner. Everything is provided, including toothbrushes. Use of the gold cart was our favorite part of the stay! Communication with the owner, Val, was impeccable. « It was everything and more than we thought. Our first time staying in the Villages and we enjoyed riding bikes and shopping everyday. The home was spacious, felt very safe and communicating with the owners was great. We hope to visit sometime soon. »
