'I would give this place 4.25 stars in actuality. It's pretty, they have an hourly shuttle to and from Key West, there was plenty of parking in the garage, they have boat tours that you can take right on the grounds, the shower was large, and overall the room was nice. The elevator was very slow and sounded like metal grinding which was concerning and the toilet didn't flush right. 'Very good and cosey family hotel '

'Hotel shuttle service naar het centrum was top elk uur heen en town voor half terug. Slecht was dat hotel in verbouwing staat. Zwembad en hoofdgebouw. Born hoor je al vroeg. Dit hadden wij graag eerder willen weten. '

'We enjoyed a beach view and the pool was nice. They have attendants who will bring you food and drinks by the pool or beach. We had small issues (dead batteries in the remote and housekeeping missed our room one day) which were resolved very quickly. I would stay at The Reach again.'
