'The room was clean and staff were kind. It would have been helpful to know the ice machine is only on every other floor (even floors only). I appreciated being on a quieter floor away from elevators but the AC unit was quite loud at night and being close to the roads means you’ll unfortunately hear a lot of motor traffic noise.'

'We spent two nights there during our trip to Toronto area. The location is easy to access and close to many good Asian restaurants. The room is spacious but a facilities are a little outdated. It's very clean. The indoor pool is very nice.'

'My sister and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The complete staff at the front desk, maintenance guy, cleaning ladies were really friendly and helpful. My sister and I were quite sensitive to noise and the staff really did their utmost to make it as less noise as possible. Also the suite itself was very well equipped, spacious and neat.Breakfast buffet was included, that was great too. I would really want to stay there again. '

'We travel a lot for sports and this is one of my favourite hotels to stay at. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is always very clean and we absolutely love the full, free breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be back whenever we are in the area'

'The rooms were nice and the electronic modern features were nice. However, the major massive oversight on this property was that they traded beauty and style for comfort with mattresses was good but the frame of the bed itself when you move it creeks significantly. This is a huge oversight on the company and I brought it to the attention of the management. They said they did what they could to fix it, but it really wasn’t fixed and at every movement over the night by you could hear your partner...
