'Beautiful room, comfortable bed unique property!'

'Am a Hilton Honors member, was supposed to have 2 bottles of water in the room. None was there, on my wsy out for a dinner date I stopped by the front desk and mentioned this....they said they'd put 2 in the room. Didn't happen...disappointed!!'

'Parking is 40 dollars a day. Bait and switch on 25 dollars credit. Hidden fees on your bill. Look over before leaving You can hear threw the rooms and our room 511 at 6 am in the morning we are awoken to a bagging sound that did not go away. I inform the front desk and he checked out. they apologized but did not offer accommodation. Great location to downtown but there are better hotels you can go to and they don't have a pool!!'

'Convenient to the waterfront and restaurants. Parking was expensive but it was everywhere downtown. Overall very happy with the stay.'

'Embassy Suites is a perfect spot near the PWM. Great breakfast with everything you could imagine! Airport shuttle literally takes minutes. Very convenient stay!'

'It’s located in a busy, noisy area…. The police had a guy stopped in the parking lot and ha 3 cruisers blocking the entrance while they arrested him. There were dirty towels left hanging on the shower curtain bar….. bed was decent. Breakfast was shy on selection but the coffee was ok.'

'everything was gross, from the stained bedding with weird black flakes to the nasty odor coming from the AC. food smeared on the carpets in the hallways and dirt and debris piling in the elevator. Staff were pleasant.'
