  • The property is located in walking distance of town to eat, shop or enjoy events. Close to trials for hiking, biking and close to the New River Gorge Bridge. Walk to Fayetteville Town Park featuring a splash pad for kids, pump track and ball fields. The National Park starts at the back yard. House has 2 bedrooms, full equipped kitchen, laundry room and more. Private covered back porch, gas grill, corn hole or just watch the dear and rabbits, play. Sit by the firepit and relax.

Fantastic property to enjoy Fayetteville & New River Gorge NP… super to be able to walk to Fayetteville restaurants, nice to have park a block away…., cozy comfortable house & kitchen had everything we needed…enjoyed the outdoor space at the property, host was accessible & eager to help we would recommend & return

This is a cute little house to stay in to visit the new River Gorge. It was close to town and all of the activities we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend it if you are in the area. We loved sitting outside on the back porch.

Really enjoyed our stay over the July 4th weekend. Everything was 100% as advertised and our host was very responsive. We even watched the fireworks together. The property is very very quiet which I really enjoyed. The location is walkable to downtown Fayetteville though I will say, parking is not an issue at restaurants so driving is also not a big deal. Would for sure stay again.

This property is one of my favorites. The home is very clean and decorated so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need. It's location is ideal. The owner has thought of everything you might need including games for outdoor use as well as a fire pit. Covered back porch for morning coffee. Quite neighborhood.

Comfy and clean bungalow in a nice neighborhood.Walkable to downtown shops and eateries, and just a short drive to all the activities that NRGNP has to offer.Perfect for families or solo travelers.Host Tresha is responsive and accommodating.Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.Thanks for your hospitality!

Perfect Place To Stay

We book this house every year. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, and has everything you need. The mattresses are so comfortable, and the linens always look and feel brand new. Definitely a 5 star place to stay.

Peace and comfort

So quiet and peaceful. The bed and linens were wonderful . The owner was very helpful and willing to get us a list of local restaurants. We will definitely stay there again

Great location for walking into town. The house had everything we needed for cooking and the beds were comfy. I wish we’d had one more night so we could have grilled outside and enjoyed the backyard. Timely communication about checkin and all my questions were answered. I would stay here again.

So walkable!

The house was perfect for us. While my husband was kayaking/rafting the Gauley (with our car), I could easily walk into town and explore.
