Best Western Windsor Suites
The room itself was decent, but the overall stay was very disappointing. The bathroom was outdated and it had visible mold on the grout. Most alarming were the cockroaches crawling on the furniture. Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas - Hotel, Spa & Convention
Need to update the rooms and have better staff at the front desk. Also having your room cleaned daily during your stay should be standard and not have to request it daily.

Hyatt Place Fayetteville/Springdale
This property closed its restaurant/bar and did not offer free breakfast as advertised because of "low occupancy." I was not informed and seriously doubt there was a rate reduction of any kind.
