'Awesome!'

'We had a nice stay, great ocean view location and very good variety of restaurants. The only thing that was not in line with expectations of a 5• hotel is the quality of the reception. Very very unprofessiknal! We booked a room 600 euro! per night + upgrade package to seaview room if available. On arrival they told us the hotel was fully booked! I showed them that there were still 8 rooms online available. They would get back to us but did not do so. So after a drink, I called again and they did...

'Great views and sunsets. Superb location, quite and safe neighbourhood but still close to Camps Bay or Cape town. Parking available. Very helpful staff.'

'The "patio room" was basically a cellar. Very cramped shower. No decent curtains, so light flooded in early, waking me at 6.30 am. Indifferent reception. Soulless place. Not terrible, but not nice either.'
