We stayed in RM3508 last week and everyday we had to reprogram our room keys as it dropped EVERYDAY. Could you imagine after a long day and waiting on the elevator to only have to return to the lobby.
On night 1, I needed sheets for the pullout bed. Unfortunately, the room phone didn’t have the telephone guide to notify what each button meant (see photo). I pressed 0 and that phone just rang. I then proceeded to press the different buttons and I finally got an answer and made my request.
The room was not 100% clean, we found two pieces of pink candy on the floor and in chair near the working desk upon arrival.
Night 2 in the process of reprogramming our room keys, the front desk agent did something and it cause the room to be check out. So when we powered the tv, we got the message saying checked out room (see attached) Therefore I had to return to the desk again.
Additionally, it was extremely hard to get dinner reservations to the different speciality restaurants! The last evening my family member who traveled with us, were able to get us into the steak house. What I observed was 70% of the inside was empty. The restaurant wasn’t full until after 7:30pm. On the survey I received at dinner, I suggested maybe having two dining to accommodate more guests. (6-8pm and 8-10pm)
Night 4 we waited until 12:30pm to eat at the bar opposite the jerk. No food was offered until 1:15pm. No explanation.
I MUST OFFER KUDDOS TO “SEAN” IN THE BUFFET RESTAURANT! Very hospitable!!
