Woonboten in East Tulsa

'When we checked in and went to our room, we opened the door to find it occupied. Thankfully it was at the time of day when no one was in there. It made us uncomfortable knowing the records didn't show it occupied.we didn't feel comfortable leaving anything of value in the room while we were out during the day. 'By the time I checked in, at front desk, I was advised that I was not registered for the room, and that it had been given to someone else. I attempted to tell the front desk that I had been charged for $290.00. They explained that since I went through Expedia, that I would have deal with Expedia. So not only did Hilton/Expedia give my room away, they also kept the $290.00'

'When we checked in the lady at the front desk was rude, couldn’t find our reservation and then realized they had given the room to someone else so they had to rectify it by giving us another room on the second floor. That rooms AC didn’t work very well and the beds were super uncomfortable, you could feel the springs every time you moved.'

'The reception was not manned, although someone showed up to check me in after about 5mins. The room smelled musty and damp. The pillows were small. The blinds on the window did not work. I couldn't close them completely so there was a lot of light coming in. Someone was using a power washer to wash their car outside the room three doors down. It was very noisy and they did not stop until around 11pm. When I left at 8am the following morning there was nobody in reception and no breakfast was...

'The shower curtain wasn't long enough for the tub and water got all over the floor. Also breakfast left something to be desired.'

'The room was clean but it had the most horrible musty/mildew smell I think was coming from a dirty air conditioner filter we had to smell that all night long. The refrigerator didn’t work and the laundry facilities didn’t work properly. Although the room was clean I would not stay there again because of smell it can be good for a person to breathe that all night.'
