'By the time I checked in, at front desk, I was advised that I was not registered for the room, and that it had been given to someone else. I attempted to tell the front desk that I had been charged for $290.00. They explained that since I went through Expedia, that I would have deal with Expedia. So not only did Hilton/Expedia give my room away, they also kept the $290.00'

It made us uncomfortable knowing the records didn't show it occupied.we didn't feel comfortable leaving anything of value in the room while we were out during the day.
