« 12:30am the smoke alarm starts going off. Everyone on our floor starts to come out of their rooms, a few people ran to the front desk to ask what was going on. The man working the desk was less than helpful. Not walking down the hall to tell everyone it’s ok that it was just someone smoking in their room. After 30 minutes of the alarm blasting everyone’s eardrums the fire department shows up. Instead of the employee explaining what happened he proceeds to ignore the FD, and guests that are also...

« Overall we had a great experience at this place. The theater room qas a big hit with the kids. Plenty of space for us and the oeedect amiunt of rooms. Bathrooms were nice. The drain in the master bath needs to be worked on. It backed up pretty bad. The hot tub had apparently been blown open by the wind the night before we arrived.
