'The unit was perfect for us! We chose this unit to be close to family wedding events. It was clean and has great views. The underground parking was a plus, but the vehicle elevator was confusing. The staff at ARCA Mgmt was responsive and worked to resolve small issues. This location is one block from the Tram stop, a short walk to many shops and restaurants but in the Financial District so quiet in the evenings. We would stay here again.'

'I like the balcony. I dont like the way the bathroom was built ,the shower area should have been contained because water goes below the toilet and i find it unhygienic. Also no windows and air-conditioning. '

'A bright space with all the essentials and more available. Lots of kitchen appliances and tools, washroom/toilet is spacious. Having laundry in the building is a benefit. The center of the old city is 20-25 minute walk. Transit is convenient.'
