« We had a couple days to spend before we took our kids and grandkids to Universal Studios for the week. The condo was well stocked with necessities and very clean. We DID have a major issue with an inoperable key card for the pool/clubhouse area. We contacted the host but she was unable to resolve the issue. To be fair, it was Easter weekend. « House was very clean, looks just like pictures, Owners did very well with responding when messages was sent. I checked in then went to grocery store came back and unpacked. The kids and I were very excited to get in the pool. After unpacking we headed to the pool. The pool was filled with gnats, and very dirty. Looked like the pool hasn't been cleaned the entire year.
