I booked this property because of the heated pool, and the heater was broken. I contacted them immediately when I arrived. They initially said it was working so I waited overnight and it was still ice cold. They never said sorry in any of our correspondences. I did all the trouble shooting including seeing if the circuit breaker had been tripped. They said they would send a pool guy out the next day and would tell me when he was there. Instead, 2 days later a guy walks in the backyard with no warning. I finally asked about refunding some money on my final day, and was told we could wait to talk about that until after the pool was fixed, which would happen after I left. I pointed out that comparable properties were 600 less for the week, they refunded 250 and I had to ask for the heating fee to also be refunded (I think they were going to keep a fee for running a broken heater). Saying sorry or offering the refund instead of making me ask for it would have gone a long way. Additionally, they skimped on basics that would have made the stay a lot nicer. There was very little toilet paper (bizarrely another review says this and it hasn't been fixed), there was not ice tray and the ice maker didn't work, no soap/shampoo in the showers. I would definitely stay elsewhere in the future, although this property under different management would be great because it was a nice house with a great backyard space.
