'Great hotel, really comfortable, amazing walking opportunities.
We booked half board, food was good, but a bit "dated" very classical and heavy desserts. For a hotel in an outdoor environment the portion size were not very big (I need a bit more then michelin star portion sizes after a whole day out).
Staff level could be a bit higher for full 5 star, some of the staff was bit unexperienced/uncertain.
But these were minor points, will definately come back and was amazing stay

'Personeel is super! zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig.
We hadden een superior kamer, mooie grote badkamer, met apart bad en douche.
Minibar was gratis: bier, sinaasappelsap, rivella, water en coca cola. Elke dag aangevuld.
bedcomfort vonden we niet zo goed.
Turndown service elke dag: super!
spijtig dat er geen nespressomachine en waterkoker voor thee op de kamer aanwezig zijn, en ook geen strijkijzer.'
'From the moment I got off the train with my shuttle pickup to my drop off back at the station, I was treated like family. I loved the welcome check-in with Prosecco, the sky bar with fantastic views and fabulous food, and the comfortable room. The hotel is next to the bus station for exploring around St. Moritz and a close walk down to the lake. I took advantage of the wonderful spa and relaxing massage, and my soaking tub each night. 'Week long stay while working locally, very comfy and pleasant stay, room was very large, more like a small apartment, breakfast was good. Very quiet for the number of guests. Wifi in the room was okay but not quite enough for a zoom call so had to move to the reception area where it was fine. Could stream TV though.'
