'The apartment is advertised as a luxury one-bedroom, but the actual conditions do not meet that description. Check-in instructions were not provided in advance and communication was delayed; I had to arrive without clear guidance. Once on site, the check-in itself was quick and the staff member was friendly. Inside the apartment, only one bath towel was provided, with no hand towels or kitchen towels. However during check in, I had to wait for a long time until the host finally communicated to building security staff about a new guest, despite previous confirmation that everything was settled. They host didn’t provide access card. I had to always wait for someone to open the main entrance, access to the parking and access to the elevator.
