We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. « Despite being in a 5 star property, the service was very bad. No one came for cleaning, we asked for bathrobes, slippers and coffees but no-one neither came nor replied to our calls. We're abandoned. It's unbelievable and unacceptable for a 5 star property. »
