« This home was great for our two family vacation. It is in a nice, private area and super close to the beach. We did have an issue with the AC when we first arrived but Romeo came out and got it taken care of quickly. Living room was a little small for 9 people but we made it work and really enjoyed our week there! Matt was very responsive and quick to take care of any problems that arose. »

« Beautiful home in the PERFECT location! Couldn't ask for anything more for a beach vacation. The house was so well organized and stocked with everything you need to cook for your family. The 3 decks are awesome with sturdy beautiful furniture to enjoy the days and nights directly on the beach!! We had 3 generations staying there and a baby gender reveal photo session. « Our group of 8 family members stayed at the Pink Palace and we couldn’t have loved it more. The all things pink theme was so fun and it was very well appointed, spacious and comfortable for all. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the rental and that beach towels and chairs are provided. Access to the beach is perfect and we loved how the property is located within a gated neighborhood, which felt safe and tucked away. Highly recommend! »

« We have a family of 11 soon to be 12. We loved that the house is very close to the pool and the ocean. Both things were very important to us because the kids could go to the beach or pool without a long walk. Also it is located in a spot that is close to grocery stores restaurants etc. We did not realize that we could not put up our tents until we got there. « Everything was better than expected. There were a few minor problems. The water heater kept turning off. We had to relight the pilot light several times, the outside grill propane was low and well I can’t remember the third item. However I called them into the maintenance folks and they were very gracious and professional. I would happily stay there again. »
